In Seven Lakes Technologies, my job role is to act more like a Product Owner, Implementation Manager and Project Manager. I was handling multiple products there, based on the products my responsibilities differ. My job responsibilities is as follow.

1. I work as Project Manager for our legacy product

• The legacy product is being used by more than 14 customer based out of US and Canada.
• We do maintenance and service on the product which acts more like a support team.

2. I work as a Product Owner for our new product

• My job role is to gather requirement from the stakeholders.
• Put together the use cases and acceptance criteria to simplify and make engineering teams life easier.
• Discussion with parallel teams regarding module dependency and all.
• Planning the sprint and allocating resources for it.
• Lead the sprint release of the product across the team.

3. I work as an Implementation Manager.

• For the new product, there are 2 phases, one is to add new customer and second is to migrate existing customer.
• My job role falls under second one.
• Here mainly my work is to plan for migrating the existing customers to the new product which will include planning across multiple teams.
• Migration is 4 week process which needs to get aligned with Database, integration and other teams.
• Communicated project plans and progress to key stakeholders and project contributors.
• Produced reports and updated customers and senior leaders on progress and roadblocks.

• Responsible for Managing Project and Deliver the projects in scheduled timelines. Works as an end to end project delivery manager starting from requirement analysis through delivery and maintenance.

• Responsible for the project management throughout the entire project lifecycle, including project initiation/proposals, project delivery, business liaison / stakeholder management, post implementation review and project close out / handover.
