The XBOT Utility project is a bot-driven initiative where we developed bots capable of handling and resolving tickets assigned based on specific issues in a customer’s profile. These issues impact their utility consumption and billing, and the bots work to identify and address them efficiently.

• Audit Quality Monitoring (Pre-Sales Analysis) | OVO Automation | Domain - Utility

AQM is a project leveraging AI and NLP to monitor and audit customer service calls based on industry-defined parameters. It evaluates whether agents adhere to all guidelines and effectively provide solutions to customers. AQM functions as an AI-driven system that systematically reviews and ranks calls to ensure compliance with audit standards.

• Direct Line Group (Closed Project) | Domain - Insurance

DLG is a project where we utilized Alteryx to automate EUDAs, which function similarly to Excel macros with predefined logic. We successfully automated 300 EUDAs, each with its own unique processes and rules, to streamline the calculation of credit and debit amounts at the end of each month.

An MVP project integrating data from Mainframe to AWS SQL servers, and replicating the same into S3 DB, followed by front-end development for order process visualization.

Designed wireframes, and captured meeting minutes.

An e-commerce platform designed for multi-level marketing (MLM), enabling users to purchase and manage products while integrating with payment gateways and warehouses.
