  • Functional Projects - Manage seating database (9000+ seats), responsible for allocation of seats for new and existing business.
  • LEAN Initiative completed on Seat Utilization in Mumbai and Pune. Hard Savings of $110440 due to Seating Optimization
  • Completed Annual SLA revision exercise of 120 SLAs for entire SSSSPL
  • Strategic initiative - Designing Transitions Portal, Seating Portal for improvement of seat utilization, Tracking Knowledge transfer pool for US and Europe, Pipeline reporting.
