• Working as component manager for the Seat Control Module. Development and series support for EE components for Mercedes Benz cars.
• Writing requirements specification for components, integration of safety requirements and work with them to develop of Hardware and software based on program timeline and build timings and resolve all queries of the supplier on technical requirements.
• Creation, control and maintenance of a schedule and prepare budget planning for sample deliveries and work with purchase to optimize the development cost.
• To ensure documentation of the progress in development in the RD systems (EPDM,DIALOG,SQM..).
• Manage and analysis all CR (Change request) and ECN (Engineering Change Notice) which are impacting SCM and work with Supplier to implement it in software and hardware.
• Participation and providing information for concept tests in E/E (design reviews and B sample tests).
• Assistance in complete supplier management, Development, Documentation, Testing, Support, Coordinating the development process with the supplier.
• Support in plant level build for vehicle build from mule and various milestone builds of program based on program timeline.
• Work with validation and testing team to find out the root cause and permanent corrective action for the issue and bugs raised by the validation and testing teams.
• Assistance in the creation and release of a test and commissioning regulation (PIV) for the components.
• Preparing, updates and release the Heat maps, Key point indicator, engineering design practice,Design assurance plan the development documents as per vehicle milestone timeline.

Body Computer Module - Product Engineer

• Hand on experience on body control module development, design, and release.
• To understand the development requirements of the Body control module based on vehicle line requirements and change requests from various BICEE of the vehicle.
• Release the vehicle requirements to the supplier and work with them to develop of Hardware and software based on program timeline and build timings and resolve all queries of the supplier on technical requirements.
• Preparing and reviewing systems documentation, including requirement,design, test procedure.
• Setup on coordination between supplier and team based on their queries.
• Prototype building, Prepare SW release plan based on Program milestone and follow it for releases.
• Vehicle and bench validation and calibration, Fleet testing and analysis.
• Verify the part release as per the project timeline in PLM team center.

EE Components – Engineer

• Development of EE Components for vehicles of NFATA and APEC Region.
• Electrical and Electronic Component level development exposure: - RFHM, ESCL, ICS, sensors and Ergonomic Switches.
• To analysis of electrical component electrical compatibility with other sub supporting components and creating DTC request as per the project timeline and requirement.
• Preparing the Heat maps, Key point indicator, Engineering design practice, Design assurance plan updates and releasing the technical development documents as per vehicle milestone timeline.

Power Lift Gate Module Development

• Understand the PLGM electrical architecture and its communication with other EE devices and create the functional block diagram for best understanding of module applications.

• Proto Type to SOP including DPT, PPT, MPT, PILOT through APQP System.
• Preparing Manufacturing drawing including Final assembly, Sub Assembly, Inspection drawing and Cutting & Crimping Chart to Product Development and Proto type Preparation.
• Performing Design Review with check sheet to correct the design and assuring the design for manufacturability.
• Preparing the Technical documents and manufacturing drawing to implement the Engineering Change Notice/Engineering Change Request and ensuring the Implementation in final product.
• Attend vehicle assembly trial at customer end to check the fitment and Interference of harness.
• RFQ concept sheet study, unique components list preparation, NPD components identification, VAVE identification and schedule preparing
• Wire length Tuning/Tape and Exteriors reduction
