Ensure efficient and effective delivery of the services to the end users/ customers.
Provide information and assistance to internal and external clients and end users along with handling customer queries to successful closures.
Review applications and documents associated with visa & passport application processing services and ensure accuracy per the described standards.
Maintain application accuracy and corrections/modifications including incomplete applications, missing documents, or irregular information.
Perform Customer identity verifications and distribute passports to customers - Maintain 100% compliance and ensure no defects or discrepancies.
Utilize the tools and best practices to analyze and interpret information quickly and efficiently according to established criteria with attention to detail.
Perform Biometric enrollments to foreign customers.
Educate, Support and guide customer with processes and procedures related to visa & passport application processing services.
Ensure the premises are well maintained and healthy environment; escalate any issues and concerns to next levels as appropriate.
Ensure secure transfer of Canadian passports and documents from the Application Centers to Embassies, Consulates, and government offices.
Review, update and maintain HUB Reports and send a daily report to internal and external stake holders.
Validate the passport received from Embassies/Consulates and dispatch it to various respective centers via designed procedures and share a daily report daily to stake holders.
Monitoring, mentor and train new hires in front office tasks and activities, provides assistance to colleagues and performs other duties.
