2013: I joined as a Field Application Engineer and was responsible for STMicroelectronics and Texas Instruments product promotions.
I worked in the WT Chennai office for two years and was asked to work in the WT Hyderabad office for one year; then, in 2016, I moved to the WT Bangalore office.
In 2016, I worked very closely with the Solar segment and secured a major DWIN/Production WIN for a 100V MOSFET, shipping about half a million dollars' worth of MOSFETs, for which I was awarded as Best FAE by Texas Instruments.
In the end of 2016, I was moved to Technical Sales, wherein I will be responsible for technical product promotions for certain key customers, as well as commercial order closure, responsible for the complete cycle from product promotion, converting into orders, and shipping them.
In 2018, I got promoted to Assistant Manager - Sales, and my major revenue drive was working with one of our railway customers. With support and service level, I transferred Texas Instruments business worth $2 million from another distributor to WT.
Major demand creation as sales are working closely with the FAE team and successfully replaced Texas Instruments op-amps in the voting machine with MAXIM op-amps, which fetched WT a revenue of $6 million.
Worked closely with the FAE and supplier, and generated major DWIN revenue of $100,000 at one Tier-1 automotive customer, and was awarded the Best Sales Award from MAXIM Integrated in 2021.
In 2022, I was promoted to Branch Manager - South Sales, responsible for a team of 3 members and a business of $30 million.
Consecutively showed year-over-year growth, achieved $50 million in CY23, and achieved $113 million in CY24, and was responsible for a team of 13 members.
I was awarded the Best Employee of the Year from WT in CY17, CY18, and CY23, and I was awarded Best Sales in CY22.
Have got rich knowledge of 12Years overall in Technical Production Promotion, ensuring customer to use our product in design, supporting them closely to develop prototype, converting into design win and following for Production orders
