Projects:

· Developed a model to determine the customer and warehouse mapping based on distance, average order qty., skewness of order and throughput of warehouses helping to minimize TAT and distribute warehouse processing load

· Inventory management by tracking of old MRP, old codes, obsolete SKU stocks

· Developing a Sales analysis dashboard in PowerBI to pull out insights and trends about sales of all SKUs

· Developing a 2X2 matrix for classification of SKUs into kill, decline, focus and star categories across zones to identify non- performing SKUs

· Long term (6 months) model level planning to determine the future capacity planning

Achievements:

· Improved regional warehouse billing from 30% to 45% of overall sales by tracking the placement efficiency of SKUs across warehouses

• Improvement in Statistical WAPE from 40% to 25% at SKU zone level by adjusting outliers and incorporating business inputs

• Planned and scheduled entire project activities using Project Management tools like MS Project and tracked progress
• Forecasted resource requirement to prioritize resource allocation towards critical activities and mitigate bottlenecks
• Prepared procurement schedule based on project schedule and raise requisition on SAP to ensure timely material delivery
• Developed site level logistics plan to set up temporary infrastructure and ensured proper movement of materials
• Prepared comparative statements for finalization of work orders for vendors
• Performed vendor evaluation to mitigate supply risks; vendor development by providing trainings and conveying best practices to be followed
• Enhanced productivity by calculating activity wise cycle time and performed root cause analysis of delays.
