The introduction of charging monetization across various states necessitated state-wise management of vendor payments and inventory accounting

This required significant process modifications, which we successfully implemented in a staged manner.

• Warehouse Expansion

The increase in the number of charges has led to a higher demand for maintenance and spare parts

Maintaining a central warehouse extended the turnaround time (TAT) for part replacements

However, by establishing warehouses across all tier 1 cities, we have significantly reduced the replacement TAT and greatly improved uptime

• System Integration

With increasing number of chargers having new tools as well as system integrations helps reduce manual efforts and makes execution faster Sharing BRDs to the systems swim lanes and were able to make sure all the requirements were fulfilled by doing UATs and LVPTs

• Warranty Cost reduction

We embarked on exploring the feasibility of reworking the failed materials in collaboration with our suppliers

As a result of these efforts, we successfully ramped up the supply of reworked materials, ensuring an adequate inventory and realizing substantial reductions in maintenance costs

• SAP Customization

Implemented customized T codes in SAP to efficiently manage serial number wise stock at vendor locations, leading to significant reductions in bandwidth consumption for inventory accounting

• Coordinating with service vendors for public charger installations
• Coordinating with warehouse team for supply of charger assembly to the field locations
• Planning and execution of charger installation
• Monitoring uptime of public chargers and deploying vendors for servicing failed chargers
• Processing POs and Invoices of service vendors

• Providing service advisor support at client location Ather Energy
• Streamlining and setting SOP for the first COCO service center At Ather Energy
• Setting up processes at second COCO service center at Chennai
• Closely working with sales team infixing pre sale inspection of vehicles

• Leading a team of 6 service technicians
• training technicians on basic mechanical and electrical diagnosis
• Customer handling

• Handling express service team and completing services within the TAT
• Monitoring vehicle service flow and documentation of TAT at each stations
• Making sure Voice of customer is fulfilled before vehicle delivery to customer
• Taking Post service feedback from customers for improving service quality
