 Managing software lifecycle of all the software licenses for a US based client.
 Going through the contractual regulations in cases where the product is entirely new to the inventory.
 Evaluate and recommend options to reduce licensing costs.
 Sound Knowledge of tools like ASPERA Smart Track, BMC Remedy and Ariba.
 Basic knowledge of tools like Flexera and Snow.
 Managing Software License management and their complete renewals procedure.
 Also handled the mass renewal of Tableau and Infragistics by performing license reconciliation and also generate the reports by comparing the license entitlements with the master data.
 Primary Point of Contact for handling the renewal of Oracle, Adobe
 Handling the complete Purchase requisition and purchase order process using various purchasing tools.
 Performing reconciliation analysis for different publishers.
 Good understanding of license metrics & types of license agreements.
