Responsibilities :-

  • Getting invoices for Property Tax, Municipal Tax and School Tax thru GMB and DMR. Than need to check all the given information and need to do the coding on time so that avoid Penalty and Interest
  • Maintaining and Updating the Tax Tracker on a daily basis. For tracking all the status of the Invoices.
  • Need to use Special Handling and Cheque Requisition Form as per requirement.
  • Contacting Taxing Authority thru email or call for any Clarification regarding the invoices like due dates, Interest or penalty etc.
  • Research and Analysis the Invoices for all the components added apart from particular period.
  • Preparing few Reports on monthly basis like P&I (Penalty and Interest), Store sales change Report, ARCS Reconciliation, FBI Report, AR Upload.
