• Reduced email iteration between case processors and end-users.

1) Emails correspondence on an average used to happen for every case. Reduced the iteration count by conducting briefing sessions before the associate starts sharing necessary documents.

2) Email iteration per case is now 2 emails per case.

• Improvement CSAT scores from 2.2 to 3.65 using GAMBA tool, Value stream mapping, and Briefing session.
• Helped in onboarding in-house application for UK, US, Row Compliance, APAC, and ME countries with the help of IT team.
