Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
Engage passive job seekers through diverse internal and external channels such as employee referrals, print and social media, online advertising, job fairs, and college campus recruitment drives. Carefully select candidates based on their education, experience, interests, compatibility, integrity, and willingness.
Skills Development:
Identify employees’ training and competency needs, coordinating with the Learning & Talent Development team to provide necessary skill training. This initiative aims to enhance employee confidence and boost productivity in alignment with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Performance Management:
“Ensure that all employees’ key performance indicators are established and evaluated by their reporting managers at the start of the financial year. This evaluation determines their performance ratings at year-end, impacting the percentage of salary increments and eligibility for promotions based on appraisal ratings.”
Employee Relations:
Maintain positive employer-employee relationships to foster a healthy work environment. Ensure compliance with all labor law regulations. Communicate changes in work nature, workplace, and company regulations through memos, circulars, notifications, etc. Additionally, oversee and address employee grievances and concerns.
Employee Welfare:
Organize complimentary welfare programs, such as medical camps, fitness sessions, and yoga classes every quarter, ensuring employees’ well-being both at the workplace and at home, as well as helping work-life balance.
Employee Engagement Activities:
Aim to create a stress-free work environment for employees by holding staff engagement activities every other month, such as star performer programs, signing and dancing classes, traditional dress and decoration competitions during festivals, Eid Milaap celebrations, etc.
Corporate Social Responsibility:
Ensure corporate responsibility by providing financial support to underprivileged and elderly individuals in Old Age Homes, supplying school books and toys to underdeveloped schools, and installing water dispensers at public places on behalf of the company.
Annual Audit:
Ensure that all administrative and operational policies and procedures are established, implemented, and operating in compliance with both company standards and local government regulations to meet audit requirements.
