• Monitoring, execution and preparation of Hired Equipment's Billing of Batching Plant, Crusher Plant, Dumpers, Transit Mixers, Concrete Pumps, Cranes, Light Vehicle etc.
• MIS reporting and technical documentation reporting to HO and Client.
• Viewing of Insurance and claim, costing related matters of Plant and Equipment.
• Daily planning and monitoring of equipment for maintenance.
• Keeping track on preventive maintenance of equipment according to SAP.
• Arrange and provide suitable manpower at site.
• Effective utilization of plant and equipment as per requirement at site.
• To ensure the cost of economy in operation and maintenance.
• Analysis of cause of breakdown and preventive measure to minimize the repeated cause of failure.
• Execution, operation and monitoring of hired equipment.

Repair, maintenance & operation of following equipment:

• Dumpers, Tippers, Transit Mixers & Light vehicles: Own, Hired TMs, Dumpers and light vehicles including Staff Busses.
• Hydraulic Drilling Machines & Shotcrete Machines: Drill Jumbo Tamrock of model Sandvik DT-820, Rock Drill AirROC T25 & Schwing Stetter TSR 30.14.
• Excavators: Komatsu PC-130-7, Komatsu PC-300LC-8MO, Kobelco SK 380XDLC & Kobelco 220.
• Loader, Dozer & Backhoe Loader: HM Loader-2021D, Cat 816D Dozer, BD155 Dozer & JCB-3DX & Case 851E Backhoe Loader.
• Concrete Pumps: Schwing Stetter SP1800/1807D & E.
• Air Compressors: Atlas Copco XA316, XAS 650-100 & GA90.
• Diesel Generators: Up to 1000 KVA.
• Batching Plant: Schwing Stetter M1T and CP-30.
• Cranes: XCMG QY50K, QUY70K, Hydra Cranes & Potain Tower Crane.
• Bar Bending, Bar Straightening & Bar Cutting Machines.
• Execution and operations of Workshop Equipment: Lathe Machines, Drill Machines, Power Hacksaw, Welding Operations etc.
• Crusher Plant: Erection, operation, maintenance, execution and dismantling of 200/120 TPH Puzzolana Crusher Plant.

• Daily maintenance of various machineries and manpower monitoring.
• Daily planning and monitoring of equipment at Central Workshop for maintenance.
• Keeping track on preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Execution of ERP Enterprise, Xpedeon Enterprise and BuildSMART.
• Technical Documentation and MIS Reporting to HO.
• Arrange and provide suitable manpower at site.
• Effective utilization of plant and equipment as per requirement at site.
• To ensure the cost of economy in operation and maintenance.
• Analysis of cause of breakdown and preventive measure to minimize the repeated cause of failure.
• Co-ordination with client and vendors for availability of spares and POL.

Repair, maintenance & operation of following equipment:

• Engine overhauling of models like Cummins 6BTA-5.9, Cummins ISBe-6.7, Hino-6DTI, Hino-4DTI, ALU400, 411, 412 & Kirloskar-HA494.
• Dumpers, Tippers, Transit Mixers & Light vehicles: AMW-2523TP, AMW-2528TP, Tata Novus-2530, Ashok Leyland 2516, Ashok Leyland Captain-2523, Ashok Leyland 1616, Ashok Leyland 1613, Tata 1613, Tata 1618, Eicher Pro-1110XP and light vehicles including Staff Busses.
• Hydraulic Drilling Machines & Shotcrete Machines: Drill Jumbo Tamrock of model Sandvik DT-820, Rock Drill ROC-203 & CIFA CSS3.
• Excavators: Komatsu PC-130-7, Komatsu PC-300LC.
• Loader, Dozer & Backhoe Loader: HM Loader-2021D, JCB Loader 432ZX, BD65 Dozer & JCB-3DX Backhoe Loader.
