Assisting in and conducting Commercial Appeals, Regular First Appeals (RFAs), Miscellaneous First Appeals (MFAs), Civil Revision Petitions, Writ Petitions, and other appellate and constitutional proceedings.

• Independently argued over 100 litigation matters, particularly in Debt Recovery, SARFAESI, and General Miscellaneous (GM) matters, demonstrating strong case preparation, statutory insight, and persuasive court submissions.
• Provided end-to-end legal advisory to 500+ clients on debt restructuring, loan default, asset recovery, and compliance under SARFAESI Act, RBI Circulars, and regulatory guidelines.
• Drafted and filed more than 300 legal documents, including writ petitions, civil suits, contracts, pleadings, legal notices, and opinions, ensuring legally sound and strategically aligned documentation.
