• I worked on their HRMS system which was responsible for processing the employee data form hiring, onboarding, attendance to salary generation.
• I worked on the Payroll and Benefits pod where I am responsible for creating optimized and smooth UI components.
• I worked on their business app which is written in react-native and implemented complex features like codepush, force update and error monitoring.
• Created reusable components for react-crux ( UI library ) so that it can be used in other products.
• Integrating other products which were acquired by BetterPlace in the HRMS system.

• As a senior Engineer, I started leading a team of 2 developers to build a reusable, responsive and optimized UI, co-ordinate with product
managers to get the better solutions, participate in demos to build a
better product.
• Practicing Agile (Scrum) framework for software development.
• Currently, my day to day responsibilities include architecting various
features, mentoring other engineers, doing code reviews and
coordinating with pod heads to execute timely release as well.

• Created Rest API’s in node, express and mongodb.
