- Responsible for Purchase Order acceptance from Brand & Maintaining the database.
- Capacity Planning for 90 days & Yearly planning for Turnover & Volume.
- Responsible for highlighting capacity availability to Marketing team 90 days before.

- Responsible for timely deliveries of Leather as per deadline.
- Following up with Tannery to achieve their on time delivery of leather of both Initial & Bulk leathers.
- Closely monitoring the completion of process from Leather & Material department based on T&A generated.

- Responsible for ordering leather whenever the order enters into the factory.
- Responsible for 100% ON-TIME-DELIVERY of leathers within the given leadtime.
- Visiting Tannery monthly twice for checking the exact status & plan for alternation in case of delay.
- Creating & circulating cutting plan to Cutting Unit based on Customer delivery dates closely monitoring the completion of each process from every department.
- Responsible for Capacity planning for Cutting section for the month & equally balancing as per Buyer’s requirement.
- Measuring OTD from Leather arrivals, Cutting & Issue resulting into smooth flow of quantities to the Production Unit.
- To generate monthly plan to Production Units & ensure 100% feeding on-time.
- Responsible for Material Security (Leather should be arrived 30 days prior to the shipment).
- Leading the Daily Production Meeting among the Sourcing, Cutting Team and other Supporting Department in order to ensure the smooth flow of Production & weekly meeting among Director, Tannery Head & Production Heads about Leathers.
- Hidesign is a Global brand which makes its own products & distribute it to its own store & ECOM partners. The leather collection includes handbags, clutches, briefcases, laptop cases, wallets, belts and garments.
- Overall improvement in procuring leather from Tannery & OTD for Tannery reached from 60% to 97%.
- Achieved leather procuring within 30 days of order placement which is highly consumable material for a product & increased 10 days buffer in Cutting section for smooth flow of feeding to the production.
- As far as an industry is concerned, 60% Efficiency in a Production can be achieved when feeding is 100% free flow to production from cutting, resulting labour profit to the premises.
- Cutting OTD has increased to 50% to 95% & Issuing to Production has increased to 45% to 80%.
- By achieving Leather & Cutting OTD more than 90%, OTD of a Product has increased from 50% to 80% shipment on-time.

- Creating the Time & Action (T&A) deadline chart whenever the business enters into the premises & track with Merchandiser.
- Closely monitoring the completion of each process from every department based on T&A generated.
- Circulating monthly plan to each units of manufacturing the goods including cutting section to Packing Section.
- Allocation of shipping dates for each Buyer based on the lead-time achievable.
- To generate Monthly Production plan based on capacity from Cutting to packing and Monitoring on Daily basis.
- Maintaining Raw Material secured & ETA status and circulating it to each department in order to wary everybody in the system prior to shipment.
- Responsible for Material Security (Leather should be arrived 30 days prior to the shipment & Materials should be arrived 20 days prior to the shipment).
- Leading the Daily Production Meeting among the Sourcing, Merchandising and other Supporting Department in order to ensure the smooth flow of Production.
- Closely Monitoring of Labour cost variance & updating to the Management.
- Circulating Material requirement planning & Budget planning to Sourcing Department for material procurement prior to shipment.
- Drastically reduced the air delivery by closely monitoring the Material Flow.
- Reporting to Management about the lack of individual responsibility which reduces zero chances of slipup done by them.

- Coordinating with Sampling Team, Quality Team, Technical Team & Industrial Engineer team to support Production floor to hit the given Target.
- Responsible for On-Time delivery which is often most important for any premises.
- KH Exports India Pvt Ltd is an export-oriented company where they produce Leather Goods of various Buyer like COACH, Michael Kors, Polo Ralph Lauren, Massimo Dutti, Marks & Spencer, Tommy Hilfiger & Tory Burch.
- Drastically reduced the shipment delay by closely monitoring the production flow.
- Huge Saving in Labour has been achieved by generating 10 days production plan from cutting to packing (Allocating target to each FIF).
- Created an environment where 15 days of leather in sqft to be stocked in Leather store & 10 days of Material from Leather cut components to Production materials accumulated for feeding.
