A strategic and cross-functional leader with experience spanning legal, education, and now brand leadership, currently serving as GM – Branding at Jac Olivol. I specialise in building brand narratives, high-impact partnerships, and integrated campaigns that drive visibility, relevance, and long-term value.
My journey began in the infrastructure sector with a foundation in legal and compliance, followed by leading operations and stakeholder management in the K-12 education space. I later moved into higher education leadership, where I built and scaled large alumni ecosystems and engagement strategies across institutions.
Today, I operate at the intersection of brand, strategy, and execution - leading partnerships (including sports collaborations), managing multi-channel campaigns, and aligning business objectives with compelling storytelling.
With strengths in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and data-informed decision-making (Power BI), I bring a structured yet creative approach to building brands and driving organisational growth.
For me, “turning complexity into clarity, and ideas into ecosystems that scale” comes from the kind of environments I have worked in and grown through.
I have often found myself in situations where things weren’t clearly defined, multiple expectations, high pressure, and a constant need to make things work despite the ambiguity. Over time, I have realized that my strength wasn’t just in managing that chaos, but in quietly bringing order to it. I instinctively step back, understand the moving pieces, and create a sense of direction that others can align with.
But what matters more to me is what happens after that clarity. I have never been interested in one-time solutions. Whether it was building engagement frameworks, strengthening stakeholder relationships, or now shaping brand narratives and partnerships, I have always focused on creating something that continues to grow and hold value over time.
On a personal level, this approach comes from resilience, learning to stay composed, think clearly, and move forward even when situations aren’t ideal. That mindset naturally reflects in my work.
So for me, it’s not just about solving complexity - Because clarity isn’t just about direction, it’s about giving people something steady to move forward with.
