Adani Power Ltd - Tirora has the power generating capacity of 3300MW(5*660MW) with 2111 TPH supercritical pressure once through boiler and Supercritical pressure single shaft, tandem compound three cylinders, four flow exhaust, reheat condensing turbine with associated 400kv, 765kv Switchyard.

1. Selected by senior management for the prestigious "Young Leadership Program" and successfully completed an intensive 15-day executive training at IIM Raipur, with a focus on strategic leadership, management best practices, and personal development.

2. Initiated and implemented multiple Management of Change (MOC) proposals, resulting in significant cost savings and improved operational efficiency. Key initiatives included:

• Optimized air compressor usage by rerouting gun atomizing air from the service air header to the instrument air header, enabling shutdown of one instrument air compressor.
• Modified the cooling water (CW) blowdown line from the supply header to the return header, improving system efficiency and reducing water loss.

3. Effectively managed critical plant emergencies, including tripping incidents of ID Fan, PA Fan, and TDBFP, successfully averting unit shutdowns and preventing potential generation losses.
