Roles And Responsibilities

Accounts Payable - T&E: (SAP Concur), I was a part of customer service team for T&E Process., Handling Travel & Expense and Corporate Credit card Helpdesk (call support). I worked on providing solutions to the queries raised by customers regarding Travel and Expenses., We receive customer service queries through Smart Support and are expected to close the tickets within 2 days (TAT)

We receive different queries from customers for Claim’s reimbursement, SAP concur login issues, expense report submission issues, expense allocation issues and all Travel and Purchase cards related issues. 

Audit of expense reports in Concur. 

Creating of application request, Card Closing, Reconciliations, Refund report etc.

Researched and resolve customer inquiries timely and provided exceptional customer service. 

Assisting in Process Knowledge Transfer (KT)


Accounts payable – (Purchasing Card Helpdesk, Oracle Tool & Coupa) 

Handling Purchasing Card Help Desk.

Respond to P card holder inquiries in timely and professional manner to resolve the discrepancies.

Adhere to SOX compliance.

Put the customers’ P card on hold whose invoice approval is overdue.

Preparation of dash board on daily basis.

Attend calls with the on-shore team on a weekly basis.
