Managing a team of 10 members team as an Deputy manager: Responsible for delivery of harness layout illustrations for all global and local cars of Nissan motors.

Management activities like WL/WF management activities like Resource Management, OPL (Fact & Why-Why analysis), Quality Improvement, Risk/issue management through PDCA approach, KPI setting (through SWOT), company/Department level activities like Employee engagement, customer GEMBA, Townhall etc

From FY23-24 :

Managed 4 members team as an Assistant manager: Responsible for quality assurance and delivery of parts catalogue illustrations for all global and local Nissan car models.

From FY16 to FY23:

Managed a team of 17 members team as an Assistant manager: Responsible for delivery of illustrations for all global and local (Kiger, Triber, KWID, Duster, etc.), KWID, Duster, etc. manuals like Repair, Owner's, Accessory manual management activities like WL/WF management (RM), OPL (Fact & Why-Why analysis), Quality Improvement, Risk/issue management through PDCA approach, KPI setting (through SWOT), company/Department level activities.

• Responsible for creation and delivery of illustrations for all global and local (Kiger, Triber, KWID, Duster, etc.).c.) manuals like Repair, Owner's, and Accessory manuals. Creation of animation/creative coloured illustration for COTECH training material.

• Create and revise Boeing IPC's using ATA ispec 2200 sources like Engineering Drawings, SB, Markups, CMM's & Parts list for various commercial flights like G787, W777, V767, E737 & H747, measuring production metrics - Throughput

• Created Illustrations for various aircraft engines manufactured by PWC under ATA ispec 2200 specifications
• Create new Illustrations and update existing illustrations as per the service and spare parts bulletin

• Create illustrations from Engineering Drawings, Photographs, hot spotting, Parts Listing and online publishing for customers like Telcon (Heavy constructive), TATA (Commercial & passenger car), ITE and also worked as a SAP Engineer (Change Notice) in Caterpillar Thiruvallur for Off-Highway Dump Trucks
