• Ensuring smooth handling of the entire hospital procurement activity - clinical and non- clinical which includes medical and non medical equipments, Drugs & Consumables, Project management, Surgical instruments etc.
• Standardizing protocols for tenders, bidding , contracts and developing potential vendors/suppliers for achieving cost effectiveness, assessing performance of the vendors based on their competitiveness, financial capabilities and productivity.
• Partner with Clinicians and management to identify , Prioritize and deliver cost savings for the organization.

• Developing and implementing the corporate policies and procedure in the areas of procurement , inventory, receiving, storage and distribution of Supplies.
• Coordinating tenders and procurement of Capital & Opex related Items.
• Releasing PO through SAP & Ariba system procurement module for all the commodities like Laboratory, Medical consumables, General Consumables, IT, Printing and Stationery, Marketing etc.
• Led the procurement channel to encourage productive cross functional teams.

• Managing the complete procurement and inventory of the diagnostic centre by implementing the inventory methods like ABC, VED,FSN.
• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
• Suggest solutions for process improvements.
• Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.

• Analyzing supply chain data of all the labs and enhance performance.
• Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company.
• Maintains required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize operations.
• Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the organization.
