  • Company Overview: The project involves the development and enhancement of the AT&T OCE (Order Capture Engine) platform. OCE is a high volume mission critical Order Management system that coordinates the order fulfillment functions required to complete a customer order created in one or more customer order portal applications or other order source systems. OCE receives and recognizes customer orders and coordinates the actions to fulfill the order across provisioning, shipping, inventory, billing and other fulfillment systems based on dynamic rules and business process flow. The platform provides a CSR interface for order queues, search, and status and error correction. The platform is based on reusable APIs and components and has configurable workflows and rules. The project uses Agile methodology and involves sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint execution (development and testing), implementation and warranty support.
