• Execute Concessions, DPs, DAR's, MRBs, and CID in Producibility.
• Using GD&T knowledge and CAD software tool to carry out required calculations to support assessments.
• Collaborate with RR and GE- Aviation Engineers to understand technical details.
• Stress and lifing analysis.
• Proposing repair to deviated part to ensure the timely return-to-build of Civil Aero Engines (LM2500, LM6000,Trent 900, 1000, 1000- TEN and XWB).
• Worked in the SnT – RR UK Derby Team. Currently working with Combustor Team from GE –Aviation Lynn.

• Manufacturing Process Development of Auto components like Bearing Caps, Gear shifter Forks, Hinges and Shafts.
• Engineering Drawing evaluation for manufacturing feasibility.
• Preparation of should costing for auto parts, submission of quotation against RFQ.
• Design and Development of Jigs and Fixture.
• Evaluation and disposition of PPAP (FMEA, Control Plan and MSA) & Part Submission Warrant (PSW) packages according to AIAG standards and customer specific requirements in support of new model launches and current model changes.
