- Floating inquiries to vendors for arranging offers of various Railway Signaling Equipment including but not limited to Electronic Interlocking cards and its ancillary items, High Availability Single Section Digial Axle Counters (HASSDAC), Multi Section Digital Axle Counters (MSDAC), Universal Fail Safe Block Interface (UFSBI), various types of earthing (conventional, maintenance free etc), Battery Chargers, Dataloggers, Remote Terminal Units (RTU), Earth Leakage Detector (ELD), DTMF & Magneto Telephones, Embedded PC’s, Lifting Barriers, Emergency Sliding Boom (ESB), Point Machines, Main Signals, various types of terminals and connectors, surge protection devices, various types of cables, pipes etc in accordance with contractual requirements for the purpose of quoting the tender.

- Floating Inquiries to various vendors for arranging offers for various equipment like ASCR “Bittern” Conductor, Various types of Suspension, Angle & Tension Towers suiting to 230kV Line, Earthing (Pipe & Counterpoise type), Shield wire, Optical Fiber Ground Wire, Suspension & Tension 120kN insulators, ancillary items like joints, sleeves, dampers, spacers etc.
- In accordance with contractual requirements for purpose of quoting the tender.
- Post award of the tender final negotiations with the vendors, arranging management approval and assistance in release of purchase orders to the lowest and technically competent bidders.
- Co-ordination with client and vendor for arrangement of various tests at vendor’s establishment.
- Followups with bidders for timely inspection of equipment at vendor’s establishments and delivery of equipment to jobsite.
