With over five years of experience in product management across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C domains such as internet, e-commerce, and identity verification, I have a proven track record of building and launching insights solutions from scratch. I have successfully built these solutions from 0-1, thereby creating additional revenue streams with leading clients including Amazon, HDFC, IDFC, Equitas, and Kotak. Notably, at my previous company, IDfy, these efforts resulted in a 25% increase in revenue for the video solutions division.

  • Leading end to end ownership of JioMart Digital electronics products for consumer electronics driving sales of ~400 cr per month.
  • Prioritised incremental feature requirements for optimised growth and thereby driving revenue.
    Developed product roadmaps and in depth PRDs to help guide the development of new products and product features.
  • Drafted presentations for internal review meetings and external events such as trade shows or conferences.
    Identified product gaps and generated innovative ideas to expand market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Created prototypes and visual mockups by liaising and collaborating with designers.
  • Led end to end ownership of driving the product and program management by working with an internal team of 20 engineers and external dependent teams of 60.
  • Some of the key highlights
    1. Identified a market opportunity for driving brand and org led offers by building offers engine which consisted of driving instant discounts, brand-partner led, coupons and promotions. These led to exclusive brand partnerships and an incremental growth in the revenue by 20%
    2. Identified retailer and customer needs through feedbacks and surveys and integrated finance lenders like Jio Financing, HDBFS and different lender journeys giving end users to choose from flexible payment options.
    3. Product Innovation: Taking in depth technical ownership of the feature requirements with the engineering team and built India's first standalone Value added Service in partnership with Zopper where the user can avail VAS like warranties, service plans on any of the products purchased irrespective of any platform. These led to an exclusive offering by JioMart Digital which gave a value to retailers to provide personalized VAS service and retain their customers.
    4. Conceptualized FOFO store model and took pilot with 3 retail stores by building an end to end Point of Sale (POS) solution which eventually grew to 200+ thereby driving an additional revenue of monthly ~100 cr
    5. Monitored industry trends and identified opportunities in re-furbished market and built an exchange product from 0 to 1 for exchanging old devices on smartphones which was the first in the JioMart Digital driving ~7L exchange phones every month.

  • Single owner for all user experience tracks for a desktop website, zolostays.com and android app; Ran traffic generation tracks such as SEO optimization and Engagement to scale traffic ending in 67% growth in overall traffic as compared to the previous year.
  • New user activations and leads by 62% year over year, through conversion tracks such as Browse page UX cleanup, Simpler checkout flows, Product Page design refresh, search results count optimization, a smart lock for login, third party integrations, etc
  • Contributed to adding events and created funnels for automation campaigns in Clevertap based on user actions which led to an increase of 10% of total pre-bookings.
  • Led Zolo's effort to drive user experience and engagement, leading to high adoption; Over 35% increase in scheduling visits, and a 20% increase in pre-bookings through a week over a period of six months.
  • Built a real-time dashboard for the Sales team of Zolo to provide information and convert the leads reducing the average call time from 6 min to 2 min 45 sec.
