• Designed lifecycle event management intuitive user interfaces, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and engagement.
• We implemented onboarding, offboarding, extension, and transfer functionalities for the user.

Project: Principal Onboarding (HRSD), 12/26/2023 - 06/06/2024.

• Implemented the onboarding process for the new user and procedures to identify and resolve potential bugs before deployment.

Project: SEFE (Safe Energy for Europe) 08/06/2024 - Current

• Worked closely with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for implementation. Implemented a green field ITSM module with incident, change, problem, and knowledge management modules.

Project: UK Passport (ITSM), 01/08/2019 - 12/11/2020.

• Implemented ITSM processes while working on integrations, catalog items, incidents, and requests. Identified opportunities for process improvement within the development team, implementing changes that led to increased efficiency and collaboration among members.

Project: Mondelez (ITSM), 11/15/2020 - 03/28/2022

• This is also an ITSM project where we worked mainly on catalog items, service requests, client scripts, and business rules. Optimized code quality through regular peer reviews, resulting in fewer defects and easier maintenance.
• Upgraded legacy systems to modernized platforms utilizing out-of-the-box functionality in conjunction with customized enhancements specific to business needs.
