  • Lead Supplier chargeback recovery from external suppliers for brand Volkswagen & Škoda worldwide to achieve annual recovery target.

  • Coordinate with supplier and warranty parts return center to arrange parts for analysis based on data analysis to target high probability failure parts.
  • Handle Supplier escalations globally from suppliers, purchase team, field quality or any other cross functional teams.
  • Clear disputes arising in chargeback system REGAL/2 on frequent basis so as to process charge back to correct suppliers.
  • Validate and report supplier chargeback data to Management
  • Central coordinator for all development projects related to warranty. Managed large-scale projects and introduced new systems, tools, and processes to achieve challenging objectives.
  • Analyze Warranty Credit data and see for Anomaly, Authenticate anomaly for further changes in claim.
  • Initiate corrective actions to stop the errors in claims through warranty circulars, SAGA flash message, Logical criteria & other appropriate measures, Follow-up for the corrective measures & ensure execution / implementation.
  • Responsible to design logical Criteria's in warranty system, review & record periodically to stop errors in warranty claims from dealers.
  • Coordinate in Launch management activities from warranty and supplier chargeback point of view.
  • Provide warranty accounting instructions for the TPI's & Campaigns and provide cost estimation for recovery from suppliers against field campaigns.
