Client : IBM India pvt ltd

Title : Client Experience Tool Project

Environment : Spring Boot, WebSphere Server v6.0, Angular 6, DB2.

Project Description:

It is a IBM Internal Project. This project is for clients of IBM. When the client wants to visit any Ibm Offices, they can connect to any IBMER and they can create a request on behalf of client. The Request in tool helps them to get their needs like Hospitality, Meetings arrangements and can plan their Events in Calendar etc.

• Involved in Front end development to create responsive web pages using angular.
• Worked on spring boot services and environment set up.

Client : Bharti Airtel (AMS)

Title : SMG (Migration Project).

Environment : Spring 4.2.1, WebSphere Server, Java 6, Maven 3.2.5, DB2.

Project Description:

Service Management Group Project is an ambitious project of Airtel IT. Airtel wanted to improve its customer base by providing the best services. In this regards the quality of the service can be improved by migrating the project from lower versions to higher for redundancy.

SMG Project mainly consists of Dealer Management, Bulk Ebill Activation / Deactivation File Upload, Short Code and Static Script Management and SMG Admin user creation and Authorization. SMG circle admin user is authenticated via TAM and authorized via SSO database. Circle user uploads dealer information and Ebill activation/deactivation's (bulk) data via SMG portal. This gets stored in online DB. This dealer information is used by SMSC and MAMO applications via DB calls and SFTP respectively.

To Enable service-based integration vs direct database or SFTP based integrations. Created services on SMG application for Fetching scripts/short codes from online DB, check if user is registered in SSO basis Account number and MSISDN and to Fetch dealer information based on dealer MSISDN.

Responsibilities :

• Understand the business requirements.
• Worked on IBM DB2 primary queries like Insert, update, delete.
• Design and Developing of the project in Spring.
• Have been worked with tools like Winscp.
• Involving in performance and resolve performances issues.
• Involved in test cases for UAT.

Client : Bharti Airtel (AMS).

Title : B2B Selfcare (Migration Project)

Environment : Spring 4.2.1, JAVA 7, Maven 3.3.x, Oracle 10G, Weblogic server 12.11, Angular JS, GIT.

Project Description:

B2B Selfcare is an ambitious project of Airtel IT. Airtel wanted to improve its customer base by providing the best services. In this regards the quality of the service can be improved by migrating the project from lower versions to higher for redundancy.

This application is used by Business Users, Airtel Customers and different vendors like Uber, etc.

There are sub modules in this project, mainly payment module, service request module, Update RTN Module. Payment Module is used by Business users for making online payments / declaring already paid payments through Cheque or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) / Upload TDS Certificate. ServiceRequest Module is used for raising request to airtel by Airtel users when there are any Roaming issues / Mobile Number disconnection issues / Network Complaints (2G / 3G / 4G). Update RTN module is used for updating the Airtel users’ mobile number by validating the user with their DOB, account number, etc. for DTH and Broadband Connections. These are the different modules in selfcare project.

Responsibilities :

• Created all the supporting documents like process flows i.e HLD &LLD’s document.
• Analysis, Design and Development, testing done for the migrated projects.
• Worked on backend micro services and making connections for Database and middleware services
• Worked with different middleware services like EAI, ESB
• Involved in Testing for preparing Unit Test cases and Test data. Coordinating with other teams for different service Integration

Client : Bharti Airtel (AMS)

Title : ISMS Project.

Environment : Core Java, WebSphere Server v6.0, SAOP and REST Webservices, DB2.

Project Description :

It is a telecom project. This project is for the selfcare of Airtel customers. Customers can check their own Airtel offers, Mobile bills, Balance, Usage, post-paid plans etc by themselves. When customers hit 121 with a keyword requesting for some service, SMS will be sent to customers to their mobile number as there is a framework built on ISMS to send SMS to the specified mobile number, SMS text sent is based on the type of mobile number, whether it is pre-paid, post-paid, VBC or Non-VBC through which they can avail their corresponding service requested. SMPP and HTTP services are used to send SMS.
