- Preparing rate comparative statement for various material requirements and verifying prepared statement by sub ordinates
- Preparing and monitoring purchase orders & work orders given to various vendors and sub-contractors
- Discussion with directors regarding planning of further purchasing according to manufacturing done at factory & progress of works at project locations.
- Hold meeting with vendors regarding new product offered also any discrepancy occurred while invoice clearing.
- Development of new vendors from extensive search from markets.
- Handling O & M sites and providing necessary capex, raw material, spares and tools, tackles on site.
- Looking over all breakdown reports of running projects and preparing action plan for them for procurement
- Handling overall purchase team of 8 nos persons (Site & Factory)
- Terms like LC's, ABG's, PBG's, PDC and booking GRN with the help of store persons also Preparing AMCs for site machineries, office equipment's etc
- Processing payments as per P.O/ W.O/ AMC with help of Account dept.
- Make Planning for procurement, according to financial restrain discussing with finance team.
- Carry out pre-inspection with help of QC team in supplier or manufacturer premises before dispatching on project location.
- Collecting stock report from every site and make plan as per actual requirements on site
- Manage and transfer all necessary construction, fabrication equipment's/ machine's as per actual need on site.
- Resolve site material and other procurements related issues with help of project co-ordinators /site engineers.
- Commodity Handled: All type of CapEx and OpEx material like SS/MS/Alloy steel, Pipe, TMT, Structure steel like raw material, CNC & Conventional Machinery, Different Type of vehicle, Construction and Material handling equipment's, Office Furniture & appliance, Pumps, Motors, Blowers, Aeration Equipment's, Type of Valves for EPC projects.
