• Using Freshworks software help our customer drive digital transformation to rethink and reimagine the customer experience and employee engagement across all channels of their business
• Responsible for developing and strategically managing profitable relationship with Freshworks certified partners within a geographical defined region (ASEAN)
• Manage recruitment and on-boarding of new channel partners (GSI, SI, Resellers, Digital Transformation Agencies)
• Engage and manage vendor programs and relationships to drive partnership goals and sales opportunities (e.g., direct sales, sales engineers, channel marketing)
• Manage channel pipeline and forecast reporting and track progress through the sales cycle
