Coca-cola has their customer interaction centers all over the globe. All CICs are using Nexus to handle their inquiries/complaints from consumer from different sources like email, web or Phones. This is multi-country roll-out product with global template and we are providing Global template and Localization to various business units of Coke as per their requirements.
