• Process system inventory transactions for all activity in SAP Materials Management (MM) module – production, goods receipts, shipments, and other physical movements – to keep system inventory balances synchronized with physical balances and ensure high level of inventory accuracy.
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and correct them in SAP in real-time.
• Support periodic wall-to-wall physical inventory audits as required by company internal and external audit requirements
• Full responsibility in Inventory Management – Inventory Analysis, Physical Verification, Ageing Report, Non Moving Stock Analysis & Materials Planning.
• Prepare reports and provide key insights to management team to ensure data-driven decision making
• Understand and service ad-hoc requirements from relevant stakeholders

Inventory & Operations

• Responsible for accuracy of inventory counts by implementing and managing , in conjunction with Finance inventory control system, capable of identifying discrepancies in inventory counts and taking corrective action to guard against inconsistencies in future
• Conducting cycle counts at stocking locations as required, to audit business partner activity and record-keeping.
• Managing all aspects of materials flow and to maintain control & accuracy over all goods inventories, including all transactions, procurement, planning, scheduling, cost, warehouse, receiving, &shipping to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time .
• Interacting between operations team , Regional Inventory Managers, Category Chief's ensure smooth movement of stocks at time of Brand Exits & Non-performing store closures
• Ensuring that all costs related to non salable materials & promotional materials are captured properly in SAP. & ensuring no material movement is permitted without proper documents
• Recommend revisions to existing reports and streamline planning/reporting process and generate new actionable outputs
• Collaborating with IT team to drive reporting process automation projects by designing and implementing new business intelligence software’s

Management Reporting

• Collect consolidate, and prepare Inventory health, business performance, and variance reports (month and quarter focus) for all brands, channels and geographies.
• Prepare error-free, accurate and substantive reports and presentations within established timelines for these ad-hoc requests
• Determine suitable data sets to be used and analysis techniques to be performed, draw inferences and present to relevant stakeholders, as required
