  • During my tenure at HCL Technologies, I worked on the SME team for Deutsche Bank
  • Shortly after joining, I was entrusted with a project to migrate mailboxes from the Atos environment to Russia and Turkey in compliance with GDPR policies
  • This project had been stalled for a year due to the lack of an established process
  • I successfully completed the migration by creating an entirely new process, which was a significant achievement
  • My daily responsibilities included managing all ServiceNow tickets escalated from the L3 team, addressing issues related to Outlook, mail flow, security, compliance, licensing, and more
  • I also assisted L3 team members with their challenges, conducted necessary training sessions, and facilitated knowledge transfer
