• Helping the design team in preparing the first cut layout to define lessor and lessee scope of works.
• Procurement and Tendering - Preparation of BOQ, RFQs, negotiations, vendor identification and finalization, preparation of POs, Bill Verification, Certification.
• Preparation of Capex for approval wrt GFC drawings.
• Material Management process by tracking its POs, Lead time, date of supply and payment.
• Organizing weekly meeting with Architects / Design team / PMC / Contractors, to discuss and resolve project concerns/Issues and sharing the report of the same.
• Preparation of PERT/GANT chart for Project tracking, updating, and action plans to achieve time lines.
• Vendor development and evaluation region/zonal wise.
• Quality assurance & Quality control by maintaining the relevant checklist.
• Rigorous follow-up of manpower, work, material & cash flow with weekly and monthly project status reports.
