I am handling Third party deductible Team, (USA Insurance) and I am working on Billing and collection USA insurance.

My main responsibilities are presentation to client leading the client call, quality checks, making SOPs, work on MIS using advance excel, VBA, power BI.

• Participated in on-the-job training, working closely with supervisors and coworkers and asking appropriate questions.
