Project brief: A seatbelt alarm device for a vehicle includes a seat sensor, a seatbelt sensor, a judgment circuit, an alarm unit, and a child seat sensor. The seat sensor detects a mass on a seat of the vehicle, and the seatbelt sensor detects whether the seatbelt is engaged with the seatbelt buckle.

Book and reader management: add, manage, and search for books and readers in the library database
Issuing and returning books: Issue books to users, and check if they have any pending books to return
Viewing records: display records of issued books, including user details
Deletion: remove books and reader records when needed
Listing books: print a list of all books in the library.
