Channelize Volvo CE Strategic initiatives across Dealerships to unleash their Capacity/Capability by supporting Sales Competence – Improve Sales men competence leading to Higher Busines Growth Conduct Product trainings for Sales Team Mapping of all Sales Engineers across dealerships into Volvo CE Learning Center To Strengthen Operations all SE to be categorized into product sepcific areas Map present competencies & collect and collate entire dealer data and maintain quarterly Liaise constantly with all dealers sales team and Trainers for identification of the training needs and mapping them Ensure LC completion of assigned courses for all Sames men Map and finalize the containers for SCL - 0, 1, 2 & 3 levels & modify as required Liaise with and work closely with Head Productivity Services and Product Support Managers Hold Review Meetings with Market Area Sales Leaders Quarterly reviews on course completion status for all SE in the dealers Formulate and prepare TNI and collate results Prepare the calendar to conduct courses as per the TNI – With support from Sales Product Managers Map Volvo Sales team competence & plan competence development for the team High-energy Trainer familiar with establishing clear training plans and putting together useful support materials to promote advancements in student learning. Well-versed in operating under tight schedules and with little supervision. Contributes 20 years of experience in training, teaching and mentoring professionals in technical & Sales environments.
