· Research and Analytic Services: Responsible for research on a wide variety of subjects including industries, markets and countries etc. through the use of various data sources and Industry associations in a timely and efficient manner.

· Regular updates and News Letters: Handling Daily Weekly Runs on Industry under coverage e.g. Telecom, Media & Technology, Medical & Pharmaceutical, Power & Aviation and Retail & Construction Industry.

· Managing Stakeholders: Relationship building with onshore team and stakeholders to ensure maximum integration of onshore and offshore teams.

· Process and Team Capability Development: Responsible for identifying areas of process improvements and actively participate in department-wide process improvements initiatives. Continuous work on developing one’s knowledge of the function supported, identify training requirement and provide functional training to researchers.

• Creating multi–Industry TravelBook and Company Profiling: Includes business description, key financials, market statistics, revenue breakdown, recent events, segmental overview, products overview and management biography
• Work-Flow Management: Handling workflow along with day-to-day activity and assigning the proper task to the researchers
• Trainings: Have been imparting training among junior colleagues on various alerts
• Mentoring: Mentored the junior colleague to create goals for them along the way offered guidance while dealing with difficult clients
• Quality Check: Doing QC of junior colleagues to ensure that the quality of work is perfect

• Preparing Company Profile Report, Contact research, Deep-dive Analysis, etc
• Developing insights through extensive Secondary research using external and internal databases
• Working for US, EMEA and APJ regions
• Working on Ad-hoc Reports as per Client’s requirements
• Preparing Weekly Deck and presenting it to the Client, preparing Reports
• Providing/Maintaining Daily update of tasks to Internal Customers as well as to Client
• Preparing presentations and process documents
