  • Marketplace Operation and Product Listing: Manage and optimize our online marketplace presence across multiple platforms, like Amazon, Walmart, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Zepto, and Blinkit, etc.
  • Inventory Management & Stock Analysis: Track stock levels across all the warehouses and fulfillment centers. Analyze fast-moving SKUs, aging stock, and replenishment needs. Collaborate with the procurement and warehouse teams to avoid shortages.
  • Demand Planning and Forecasting, Deviation: Gathering data on past sales, customer orders, inventory levels, pricing, promotions, etc. Analyzing the collected data to identify patterns and trends. Continuously monitoring the actual demand, and adjusting the forecasts and plans as needed.
  • B2B Order Processing and Management: Process orders for Amazon RK, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, and Swiggy Instamart within the TAT. Ensure compliance with invoicing, documentation, and barcoding requirements. Work with warehouse teams for accurate picking, packing, and dispatch.

    New gear box to increase speed 1:5. Overdrive is the highest gear in the transmission. It enables the engine to run at a lower RPM for a specific road speed. This results in improved fuel efficiency and often quieter operation on the highway.
  • Tri Wheel Grass Mower - Govt. Funding Project
    The goal of the Tri Wheel grass mower was to create a functional moving machine capable of traversing steep hillsides without compromising anyone's safety. Riding mowers, which sometimes resemble small bikes, are larger than push mowers and are suitable for expansive lawns, although they are considered commercial riding lawn mowers.
