PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The GTS Customer Relationship Management application enables Sales Force Automation using SIEBEL e-Finance tool for the GTS Sales organization globally
The desire of the GTS business is to move its client management organization onto a sales incentive plan (SIP), which directly correlates pay with the performance of the individual
The project objective is to compute the variable commission-able pay of Cash, Agency and Trust and Securities and Fund services sales representatives based on performance
There are three modules involved CRM, ICM and Analytics
Data flows from CRM to ICM and the incentives of the sales representatives are calculated based on performance
The data feed is sent to Analytics

Responsibilities:

• Automated web based application using Selenium WebDriver
• Worked in identifying the automation feasibility test cases
• Provided estimation efforts to automation testing on different applications
• Automated and executed regression test cases using Selenium
• Designing reusable functions for automation scenarios
• Created Test Cases Using Element locator and Selenium WebDriver methods
• Good at identifying complex web elements
• Good debugging skills
• Enhanced Test cases using Java programming features and Test NG Annotations
• Execution of Selenium Test cases and Reporting Defects
• Executing the test scripts & Logging the defects in JIRA

• Did feasibility study on test cases for automation
• Designed framework based on the Application behavior and understand the test cases
• Created of Generic, Business and Keyword functions for the test cases
• Followed the best scripting standards
• Ensure that all the test cases and test steps are automated
• Executed and Maintained the scripts for entire release cycles
• Defects were tracked, reviewed and analyzed using ALM
• Executing the test scripts & Logging the defects

Duration: Jan 2014 to Apr 2018

Environment: Oracle Applications (Web Based), UFT, ALM
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: GTS Product Data Hub is an Enterprise Master Data Management initiative which aims to create a system that will provide on-demand (via user interface) as well as periodically (via system interface) the most current, comprehensive and authenticated information about all GTS- wide products and services, on a single-source-of-truth basis
The resultant Product Data Hub system (PDH) will house and provide information on products, sub-products, services and their variants offered to GTS clients locally within individual countries, clusters, regions or globally

Project description:
Citi bank currently has multiple separate systems/applications in the Commercial Cards area in Europe and Asia regions
User needs to log in into each of these applications separately
Cafe application which was created for NA, EMEA and APAC region provides the following features:

• Landing page application
• Cards Statements and Payments feature
• Online application & Maintenance module
• Cafe library module

Responsibilities:

• Manual test case walkthrough which are shared by the Manual Team
• Did feasibility study on test cases for automation
• Created of Business Classes for the test cases
• Followed the best scripting standards
• Ensure that all the test cases and test steps are automated
• Executed and Maintained the scripts for entire release cycles
• Defects were tracked, reviewed and analyzed using CMT
• Executing the test scripts & Logging the defects

ACHIEVEMENTS:

• Awarded by RACE for the two consecutive years(2014&15) for the development of Mapping utility in order to reduce the manual effort in Automation Testing project and for the development of Time Sheet tracer.
