DESCRIPTION: FTTX Design involves providing fiber rollout plans and drafts from the POP located in the exchanges to the end users through the new and existing telecom infrastructures across Italy, Denmark, and Germany.

TOOLS: Small world (PNI), QGIS, GISFO, INCA 3eye, Google Maps, and MS Office.

• Developed fiber optic designs based on cable type, capacity, and schematic access on OSP routes.
  Created and modified FTTX network designs using PNI, QGIS, GISFO, and INCA.
  Managed network changes and provided technical support for implemented networks.
  Planned feasible backbone networks to enhance overall infrastructure.
  Designed FTTH networks in urban and rural areas to ensure 100% quality.
  Prepared BOM, BOQ, and performed fiber segregation from OLT.
  Monitored completion of network surveying and design activities by survey teams and vendors.
  Conducted client calibration calls to validate design inputs effectively.
• Providing technical process support to the team as a senior subject matter expert.
• Performing the audit on the design files, preparing the feedback, and providing knowledge sharing to the respective individuals. Performing the root cause analysis for the feedback received from the client.

• Worked in an MVNO-based GSM network.
• Monitoring all the switches and database servers using the SNMPC tool, and checking application errors, system errors, and security errors.
• Deal with monitoring tools like SNMP and network packet capture tools like Wireshark, packet analyzers, etc.
• Maintaining and monitoring the log server using termination and originating graphs interface polling on each log server at the back end for various functions.
• Downloading CDR from all switches for the Finance and Tariff team, and implementing and maintaining backup schedules.
• Maintaining records of hardware and software used in network systems through documentation.
