Working as Senior Technical Consultant in Customer Services (Treasury & Capital Markets) of Misys Trade and Risk Management, handling global client support for Treasury Back-Office product KTP (Kondor Trade Processing). The role includes Front-Office product Kondor+ and K+KTP Adapters.

Responsibilities of the role involves:

• Product Engineering
  Misys/Finastra serve Product solutions for Banking and Finance. I attend Risk department products and look after product development cycle including Client coordination.
  
• Self-service support and Error Reporting
  Attend to issues raised by clients related to KTP and other products with the help of SalesForce portal.
  
• Bug Validations
  Handle corrective actions on software issues raised by clients and provide software fixes/patches as per requirements.
  
• Access to new releases
  Any new release in Kondor+ and KTP products need to be informed to clients and coordinate with Implementation team.
  
• Customer advocate
  Customer Advocate will be client's main point of contact in the Misys Support organization and can provide regular reporting on any outstanding support Errors and can be used to facilitate escalation.

• Management of IT projects of Kotak Treasury department and dealing with vendors occasionally on select projects
• Tracked project performance to analyze successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
• Identified project scopes, constraints, risks and deadlines.
• Coordinated internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects.

• Worked in Professional Services (PS) which implements the products on client side
• Collaborated with internal departments to confirm timely and accurate delivery and implementation of customer orders.
• Studied customers' business processes to customize implementation measures for minimal disruption to operations.
• Traveled to customer facilities to inspect initial implementation of Misys products, directing apparent issues to appropriate engineering staff for correction.

• Developed technical solutions to diverse operational problems.
• Investigated and addressed Kondor system issues to enhance usability and improve functionality.
• Developed programs from ground up using measured, market-focused approach to eliminate waste and streamline implementation cycle.
