like USA, Canada, Israel etc. IT Infrastructure Operations Current job profile is to handle team of 60+ IT engineers
including Service desk engineers, Team leads, GSD manager, GSD quality & MIS managers, etc in order support
these Global locations from Mumbai. This includes:
• Governance of Global service desk
• End user co-ordination for requirement gathering & fulfilment.
• ITSM call reviews & Systematic improvement plan deployment
• Work from Home enablement
• Deployment of Laptops, desktops, printers etc. at H.O., R&D, plant locations of Sun Pharma
• Ensuring Governance through Asset Management, Vendor management, Budget Management
• Patch deployments, AV deployment & upgrades
• Mobility management through Mass 360

Digital Asset Management
Summary: Zee aims structure the content (approx. 27 PB) with features such as easy navigation, real time
conversion of low raise & high raise files etc. I lead Infrastructure side which includes deliverables such as:
• Evaluation of third party Data Center as per business requirement
• Evaluation of Managed Service provider as per IT requirement
• Carrying out budgetary analysis and helping commercial team for negotiations
• Carrying out microplanning which involves floor layout @ DCs, rack layout @ DCs, HLD & LLD of Servers, storage
& network, RAID partitioning, IP schema etc.,
Corporate IT Infrastructure:
Summary: Corporate IT provides application access tend users for their various business needs. This includes access
broadcast management system (BMS), sales portal, HR & Admin portal etc. I lead Infrastructure side which includes
deliverables such as: Asset tracking with help of Tool
• Facilitating Audits (Internal & external)
• Licenses consolidation (Adobe, MS etc.)
• End user management initiatives

End user management:
Management of outsourced staff for providing helpdesk (desktop/laptop etc.) support for end users.
• Asset tracking & refresh
• Rate negotiations & finalization of vendor
• Tool implementation & update
• End user co-ordination for requirement gathering & fulfillment.
• Setting up procedures & policies streamline deliverables.
Projects Handled:
• Godrej one building unified communication systems deployment for 1200+ users.
• Kaseya asset management tool deployment PAN India for group of companies.
• Back up strategy enrollment through Avamar.

End user management:
• New branch roll out related requirement fulfillment w.r.t IT Infrastructure
Network Administration
• Providing SFTP access, VPN creation, LAN troubleshooting, Firewall rule base management.
• Resolving domain related issues at VSAT based locations.
• Configured broadband technically not feasible (TNF) locations.
• Link budget provisioning/maintaining CAPEX/P.O. raising/Vendor management :
• Decision making achieve cost efficiency & reliability in liaison with various service providers.
• Raising Purchase orders for service providers & vendors & cater SLA related requirements for the same.
Projects Handled:
• Router Refresh Project:
• Some of the KLI locations had 1700 series Cisco routers where out of sales & out of support.
• With negotiations with different vendors (Wipro, Data craft, Sify, HCL, S K International) succeeded in purchasing
new 19000 series routers (get replaced with those of 1700 series) with minimum cost from Cisco& also ensured 3
yr. AMC along with it inclusive of delivery tithe sites.
• Router AMC Project:
• Built up database for inventory of all networking devices (Live as well as spare assets).
• Gathered AMC details (Expired/in AMC/out of support) from Cisco through its channel partners.
• User Movement Activity:
• Provided seamless network support for the user movement from Sion Goregaon (450 in no’s)
• Successful planning & execution of Investment team movement from Sion kalian (taken care of network security
by placing SSG-20 Juniper Firewall, 2 point point links of 10 Mbps each for catering Investment team
applications’ load etc.)
• Provided seamless network support for the user movement from Goregaon 5th Floor t7th Floor (250 in no’s)

Projects Handled:
Kandivali Hub Set-up:
• Project lay out design, set up & implementation for providing connectivity t1000+ users operating out of hub
location of ICICI Prudential @ Kandivali location.
• Purchasing required hardware (Switches/Routers), negotiating with service providers for cost optimization, cocoordinating
with various technical teams implement designed set up in specified TAT.
• Configurations of VLANs with help of technical team as a business requirement. Providing end tend solutions as
per business requirement.

Global Positioning Systems installations for MUMBAI POLICE
• Configuration of Cisco routers for intranet configuration between police control rooms.
• Maintenance & troubleshooting of routers & switches cater SLA requirements.
• Liaison with service provider cater uptime related requirements.
Broadband connectivity at Mumbai Police Locations
• Configured ADSL 502 T D-Link routers various police locations such as police stations, ACP/DCP/Additional CP/
Joint CP offices.
• Provided 24 * 7 support locations which are connected via broadband connectivity
