Job Description: Leading the team of 4-5 FT and handling the process end to end.

Payments and HRMP.

• Processing and approving the electronic and manually received payment instructions.
• Handling SWIFT messages related to MT103, 202, 199, 299, 191, and N91, etc.
• Involves authenticating the payment instructions for the Corporate Clients who hold accounts with Deutsche Bank AG Paris, Deutsche Bank AG Amsterdam, and Deutsche Bank AG Brussels.
• Performing callbacks with customer service, as well as with the clients.
• Liable for movement of funds from one financial institution to the other financial institutions (Domestic & Cross border payments)
• Responsible for Paris, Spain, Erasmus, Belgium, Custody, Detesting, etc.
• Processing and Checks Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia.
• Handling queries raised by RM, third-party banks, and internal departments.
• Coordinating with other teams (Onshore and Offshore) to ensure smooth running of the process
• Resourcefully train the new joiners on the process and policies for the HRMP process.

Nostro Reconciliation and Investigations.

• Matching off outstanding breaks in TLM application (Statements and Ledgers).
• Monitoring the validation of accounting entries, Bank Reconciliation (Nostro recon), Balance control Reports and in depth investigation on the exceptions in break management tool and allocation to respective teams.
• Doing investigations on MT199, MT299 messages.
• Timely escalation of any feed-related issue, raising an enquiry with the concerned team, and resolving it.

• Discrepancy Management Analysis
• Consolidation of orders which we receive directly from customers to our respective
• Manage and execute general accounting process, including Execution of core financial processes such as billing, Recordings, amortizations
• Responsible for meeting key metrics like Turn Around Time (TAT) and Quality in processing claim
• Working to provide the end to end solution for vendors and business regarding their orders and assisting supplier's well bases on their requirement
• Tracking the orders processed very closely to avoid escalations
• Automating ideas regarding the simplification of the process.
