• Our primary focus is on E2E customer support through quality deliverables, CSO/MSD for task delegating, and resolving customer requests to drive satisfactory customer experience.
• I am currently Canada-based clients, and I am solely responsible for their reports and database management. Additionally, I will be responsible for timely deliveries of reports, databases, and effective change management, and to automate the deliveries.
• Playing the active role in improving deliverables' quality and efficiency.
• Delivering databases and reports as per the customer contractual terms and aligned with customers and the Operations team on ways of working and defining servicing elements of the joint business plan by understanding the SLAs of the Ops team and the urgency of customers.
• The end goal is for the client to have the reports and database as they want, without any disturbance in the SLAs and failures.

Data Processing Specialist (DPS)

June 2022 - January 2024

• Working on Canada's data and analytics for product coding based on weekly flyers. Creating quality report generation, data analysis, data validation, and associated project work, and ensuring clean data for client insights.
• Responsible for content management and maintenance of reference data across the assigned country/ies, following Reference Data Standards and Governance.
• Have identified, investigated, and coordinated the resolution of data, process, or product-related queries.
