- Trade Allocations - Ensuring clients trades ( listed derivatives) are booked in the firm's system as per client instructions sent via email/STP. Managing clients queries about the trades/accounts or any of the product related information. Working on maximization of STP rate for trade allocation.
- Position Reconciliation - Ensuring account's position reconciliation is completed without any position exceptions ( break) between firm's positions and exchange positions. Processing products expiries , corporate actions , new product enablement.
- Regulatory Reporting - Generating regulatory reports of Asian exchanges post the position reconciliation is completed and submitted to exchanges via emails and STP within exchange deadlines. Resolving exchange queries and audits on monthly or annual basis. Liaising with Legal and COmpliance team to ensure standard procedure documents are up to date and validated.
- Trader's Assistant - Providing support to execution desk by assisting them in upstream system bookings of trades for clients. Reaching out to internal teams and clients for execution of trades. Executing EFP/Block trades on Australia Exchanges as well as NLT ( Negotiated large Trades) on SGX exchange via exchanges respective portals. Sending Trade confirmations to client post execution and validation of trades from internal systems/teams.
