  • We as a White Owl Brewery are Craft Beer manufacturer, franchised with (1) Som Distilleries & Breweries Limited at Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) and (2) Woodpecker Distilleries & Breweries Private Limited at Hassan (Karnataka).
  • We have stated craft beer business in small batches supplied in kegs at Mumbai & Pune region initially and stepped into a commercial craft segment since 2017 targeting supply in metro cities pan India in pints, cans & quarts.
  • We have diverse beer portfolio includes different beer styles (1) Spark - Belgian Wit, (2) Diablo - Irish Red Ale, (3) Spike - weizenbock, (4) Ace - Apple Cider Ale, (5) Boss - American Lager. And I have been closely working with these brands since inception. Also I have designed the recipes for all above brands & developed a set of SOPs to maintain the product consistency throughout the process.
  • Being a core member of White Owl Brewery since inception, (in addition to Brewing) I am being actively involved at many different activities of the business. Currently, my job responsibilities are not limiting to the Manage Brewing & Operations but I am also responsible for asthetic growth of business & further development of the products.
  • My current responsibilities are to manage end to end operations at the Manufacturing plant as well as Corporate offices of both the parties (Internal as well as External Stakeholders)
  • Currently I am leading a small team of 12 people based at different locations: Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh & Karnataka.

  • Bombay Breweries (UBL) is a mother unit of United Breweries present at Taloja MIDC near Panvel.
  • They have a wide range of fermented beverages in the portfolio includes: Kingfisher - Premium Lager, Strong, Ultra, Ultra Max, Ultra Witbier, Blue, Storm, Buzz - Lychee, Cranberry. Apart from this, Heineken is also manufactured at this unit.
  • They are also manufacturing Non Alcoholic Beverages - Radler with different flavors.
  • My reporting was to the Shift Brewer at UBL & job responsibility was not limiting but mainly to manage Brew House Operations from Grain to Wort production. Which includes - Raw Material Management, Man Power Management, House Keeping, Utility (Process Water & Steam) Management, SCADA operations for brewing process (Malt Screening, Milling, Mashing, Lautering, Wort Boiling, Whirlpool & Wort Cooling + Aeration).

  • Blossom Industries Ltd. is a Beer manufacturing unit owned by Khemani Group in Daman having a very good set up of brewing infrastructure.
  • Blossom have few owned brands on the portfolio includes Kizomba, Bell Bird & Tag. Apart from this they have United Breweries Ltd. & Sab Miller India (AB - Inbev) tie-up manufacturing for many other top beer such as: UBL brands - Kingfisher - Premium Lager, Strong, Flying Horse, Maharaja, Kalyani Black Label, etc. And SAB India Brands - Heywards 5000, Fosters, etc.
  • I have worked closely with the above brands & handled overall brewing process (SCADA) operations from Grain to Wort Production.
  • Apart from brewing procees I had other responsibilities not limiting to but includes: Raw Material Management, Man Power Management, House Keeping of Brewing area, Process Water Management, Recording & Maintaining Log Books, Material Inward & Outward, etc
