Handled largest 5G telecom gear deals in Telecom sector and achieved fastest roll-out of 1 lac+ sites in 10 months in country like India. So also, I was the part of the integration team of world's largest telecom merger of Vodafone & Idea Cellular Limited.
Apart from that, I have experience of the national level (Corporate & Strategic) and circle operation for execution of Telecom projects on ground, which made the unique combination of full cycle experience in supply chain management in Telecom.

- Worked as bridge between the Integration office (Run by Chief Integration Officer & his team) of VIL and Commercial function for expediting functional integration.
- Prepare a solid Integration plan for all Major Milestones which includes Network RFPs, IT integration including (IBM SO/MSA agreement), End STATE ERP finalization and its implementation, BOO contract harmonization, Call Centre harmonization, SIMs and End State tradable Scope finalization along with User functions with delivery timelines and run this program to achieve it within agreed timeline.
Overall responsibility of managing the commercial function for Mumbai circle as being a part of Mumbai Circle Management Team (CMT).
- Handled all kind of purchase requirement of almost Rs 900 Cr+/Annum which included technology purchase & related services, marketing elements & related services, Service Delivery functions requirement including stores finalization, call centres & various other services. Warehouse operation of almost 50,000 Sq Ft at various locations which includes Capital goods (Network Equipment), Marketing products like SIMs, Recharge Vouchers, CAF warehouses & MIS function.
- Part of Circle Management Committee which prepare annual capital and operational budget and get it approved from the MD & board. Drove various projects within commercial and cross functional for circle EBITDA achievements.
- Apart from day-to-day operation I was the focal point to execute the centrally managed automation projects like scrap tracking tool, Contract management system, Annual maintenance contract calculation automation & Site return material tracking etc.
- All Active Network Element procurement was handled by my Team

- Worked on upgrading network form 2G to 3G for entire nation.
- Brought up process changes by convincing management to decentralize few processes to build team engagements
Achievements at Idea corporate office –
- Saved $45 Mn in capex for 1 year contract
- GSM equipment AMC base reduced from Rs 223 Cr to Rs 179 Cr for Nokia and similarly innovate new Ideas for Huawei AMC and saved Rs 2.5 Cr on the base of Rs 60 Cr
Personal Achievements at Idea corporate office –
- I was nominated for the prestigious Aditya Birla Group chairman award for the excellent contribution in young leader category from my function 12-13.
Manage Circle Operation as Vertical head of Commercial function.
I was responsible for all capex and opex expenditure of circle and smooth operation was over all KPIs for my team.
Started my career as GET in Eicher group and worked in Material Procurement & Development department. Responsibilities were included to develop the critical foundry product and ensure smooth production line feed.
