As part of Hydro, a global aluminum and renewable energy company headquartered in Oslo, with operations spanning 50 countries across all continents, I've been involved in the following project:

1. SDWAN Implementation:

• Coordination with the Service Provider to agree on MPLS and internet links bandwidth and their pricing.
• Pre-configuration of Dell Servers (White Boxes), vEdge1000, vEdge100, and vEdge100B with the help of the vendor and then dispatch them to sites.
• LAN readiness by configuring Core switch and coordination with Local IT for vEdge mounting and other necessary arrangements.
• Coordinating with the Local IT team on Migration Window, and then finally migration of the site to SDWAN.

2. Netops (Network Operations)

• Currently handling a Multinational Team of 10 members and providing network infra. support to around 190 sites worldwide.
• Involved in the Hiring onboarding process of network Engineers to establish a Netops Team for GBS, Jaipur branch.
• Coordinating with different teams across the globe for operation-related issues and tasks.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and troubleshooting guides.
• Handling Escalation calls, helping the team with troubleshooting L2 & L3 Levels of issues.
• Regularly working with the service-desk team to discuss incidents that were aged (SLA breach), misdirected, or not handled correctly to improve and align services.
• Monitors and reports the performance of IT infrastructure, voice, and network components against KPIs and takes preemptive measures to minimize interruptions.
• Involved in the Patch Management project, to create a standard patch management process to have all device's OS versions up to date.
• Participated in strategic automation projects aimed at streamlining operations, reducing manual labor, and achieving significant time savings.
• Involved in a Vulnerability Management project.
• Involved in the migration of network infrastructure to the sites that are acquired by Hydro.

• ITICS-South Europe.
• Managed and trained over 20 employees on best practices and protocols to ensure optimal productivity.
• Handling Client Escalations and troubleshooting L2 & L3 Levels of issues.
• Maintaining SLA by resolving all service requests/Incidents within the SLA limit.
• Taking daily and weekly calls with clients to understand their requirements and delegate tasks to subordinates.

• Implementation of VSS and configuration of L3 VLANs, and ACLs on Network L3 devices.
• Managing Employee and Guest Wireless access (Authentication and Authorization) using ISE 1.2 and ACS.

As a member of Network Solution Pvt. Ltd., an IBM company and a leading provider of IT Infrastructure Services in India, I was outsourced to NCDEX Ltd., a commodity exchange company, for involvement in the following project:

• Responsible for supporting LAN/WAN/WLAN technologies, Internet & Network Infrastructure.
• Configuration and installation of Routers and switches and other networking products and devices.
• Good understanding, Configuration, and troubleshooting of protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and Multicasting.
• Implement spanning-tree operations and configuring Port fast, BPDU Guard, and Port-Channel/Trunks on the L2 network.
• IOS Upgrade and standardization on Routers and Switches.
• Network traffic analysis and WAN links monitoring using SolarWinds Tool.
• Understanding the Customer requirements and giving solutions.
• Coordinating with ISP to expedite resolution of WAN issues.

• Configuration & Installation of Routers & Switches (Manageable & unmanageable) in NIC & DOP Departments.
• Testing & troubleshooting of data circuits (2Mbps LL & 34 Mbps MLL, ISDN (BRI)).
• Troubleshooting LAN, WAN, VLAN, Network Printers, and other Network related problems.
