Managing Ad Monetisation for one of the largest fashion ecommerce brands in India

  • Identified the opportunity to monetize an existing asset- ads space with our in-house tool and managed the project as a partner to the client to increase the GMV by 3.2% and ad revenue of ~INR 34 lacs in first 3 months of operation.
  • Integrated the client’s website and app with our ad monetization product and managed the account for one of the Beauty brands to deliver a ROAS of 5.5
  • Set up a program management office for the project. Defined program structure- i.e., workstreams, roles and responsibilities, meeting cadence and accountabilities
  • Implemented standardized reporting for multiple teams/stakeholders and defined TAT resulting in better transparency and better response times.
